Matthew C. Ahlers, the Founder and President of Worldwide Call Centers, has over 30 years of experience in the call center outsourcing and direct marketing industry. Mr. Ahlers graduated Summa Cum Laude from Minnesota State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Finance, and Computer Science. Following graduation, Matthew held multiple upper management positions with call center agencies ranging in size from 30 to 1000 workstations. Past experience includes management of successful Sales, Lead Generation, Database Management, Order taking, E-Commerce & CRM campaigns with special emphasis on assisting customers with limited outsourcing experience.
On December 1, 1998, WCC was launched with the goal of making the call center outsourcing process more effective and efficient. As President of Worldwide Call Centers, Mr. Ahlers has been involved in over 600 campaigns and career outsourced revenue in excess of $1 Billion. He has been a member of the American Telemarketing Association, the American Marketing Association, and the Direct Marketing Association.
Matthew lives in Colorado, USA and is a committed family man with 4 kids from age 13 to 23. He enjoys boating, skiing, working on his properties, stock market investing and politics.
